Chichester Cathedral – Red Class

The Year 2 & 3 children’s learning experience this half term is called  ‘Chichester, A Place We Call Home’. During their trips to our wonderful city, the children found out about it’s historical past, symbols of the Church of England’s faith and identified them in both the cathedral and their local church, St George’s . Fr Angus from St George’s helped the children deepen their understanding of symbolism. We were proud of our children’s behaviour throughout, their thoughtful questions and the way they displayed our school’s core values of  love, compassion, respect and hope.
